No Order Items Listed On Paypal Checkout Page

I'm trying to set up Paypal Express Checkout and everything seems to work OK, but on the Paypal Checkout page it only shows the buyer's shipping address and their selected payment method, but nothing about what items they are buying, shipping/tax, or order total. I'm sure its just some setting I've overlooked, can someone clue me in?

That's because they're not buying anything yet. They're only selecting address and funding source.

They come back to your site to confirm the cart contents and activate the actual final payment.

The details will be on their PayPal receipt though (as long as no discounts applied to the order).
