Customers seeing wrong data in all sorts or places after restore
Hello, my customers keep sending me emails telling me that they have been logging in and seeing the wrong data in address fields etc... :shocking:
This is all after a HDD failure and a bad backup system (now fixed) :censored:
Is there a way to cut and run on the customers database and simply remove all accounts? i have backups in case certain data needs to be restored?
Am I breaching data protection act?
Is there another way to restore this data?
