how do i install a template?

I have download a Template and uploaded it into my site but it does not show up in the admin/ tool/ template selection thing. I put it in my includes /templates /2902.

Did you upload the template's folders in the correct places?

Is there a includes/templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/template_info.php for the template?
