Shipping Estimator not showing for me

I have installed the Canada Post module. When I try the estimate shipping I do not get any Canada Post rates (I only have Canada Post shipping turned on). If I checkout and create an account the canada post rates are shown. Any ideas?? The test store is https://www.voyageursoap.com
