Offsite payment option not working

Ok, i had a customer that is local to me and did the store pick up option and used the check/money order option to pay, as she was going to pay me cash when she picks her order up well she got all the way to the last step that asks you to review your order and went to click confirm order and she gets this at the next screen

1146 Table 'playthin_zc1.zen_sc_products_ratio' doesn't exist
in:
[SELECT ratio FROM zen_sc_products_ratio WHERE products_id=5 LIMIT 1]

i just did a test order and got the same error does anyone know what this is and how to fix it. This is the same message i get when using the offsite payment method which i am posting on their because its an add on

Double posting AND double bumping is frowned on.

Have the payment modules ever worked?

If you do a forum search for "sc_products_ratio" you'll see that the error you're getting is related to your Store Credit module that you've added to your site. ... and is likely a result of having not installed it properly.

i decided not to use it i will post and see how to remove it since it doesnt come with uninstall instructions

i didnt double post i posted it in 2 different areas as i got the error for 2 different payment types one money order and checks the other offsite which the offsite was an add on so i didnt realize this was not wanted to post in the 2 different areas since its 2 seperate problems sorry about that and yes they did work before
