Fatal error can't login to admin

When I go to the admin login screen there is the following error right below the login box. I type in my admin name and pw and it goes nowhere. Help resolving this please?

Fatal error: Call to a member function Execute() on a non-object in /home2/user0694/public_html/directory/cart/includes/functions/sessions.php on line 61
