Local Showroom Pickup

Hi All

on my new website i need the option for customer to choose which local showroom they would like to collect our product from. Is there a script that i can use for this or will i need to customise this myself ?

Also on the shipping screen is there anyway i can bring up and error saying billing and shipping address are the same please change your shipping address ?
