how to set-up the following shipping rates?

hi,
how would i go about setting up the following

Registered Post

Delivery charge is €7.00 on orders under €35.00
Delivery charge is €10.00 on orders valued between €35.00 and €80.00
Delivery charge is €13.00 on orders valued between €80.00 and €140.00
Delivery charge is €16.00 on orders valued between €140.00 and €200.00
Delivery is free on orders over €200.00

Express Post

Delivery charge is €10.00 on orders under €35.00
Delivery charge is €14.00 on orders valued between €35.00 and €80.00
Delivery charge is €16.00 on orders valued between €80.00 and €140.00
Delivery charge is €18.00 on orders valued between €140.00 and €200.00
Delivery is free on orders over €200.00

Rest Of World - registered post only

Delivery is free on over €200
Delivery Charge is €20.00 on orders with goods value from €80 to €200
Delivery Charge is €18.00 on orders with goods value from €35 to €80
Delivery Charge is €15.00 on orders with goods value less than €35

You might look into the Zone Table add-on which allows you to define your Zones then set up your rates for each Zone more specifically than Zone Rates or Table Rates can do on their own ...

hi Ajeh,
Ok i downloaded and installed that module.
Now totally confused as to how to go about setting it up.
I'm guessing I have to combine shipping modules.

We used 2 shipping modules Zone Rates and Zone Table Rate.

Express Post - Ireland
Zone Table Rate:
Shipping Zone 1: Ireland Express Post
Zone 1 Shipping Table: 35:10.00, 80:14.00, 140:16.00, 200:18.00

Registered Post - Ireland
Zone Rates:
Zone 1 Countries: IE
Zone 1 Shipping Table: 35:7.00,80:10.00,140:13.00,200:16.00,10000:0.00

Rest Of World - registered post only
Zone Rates:
Zone 1 Countries: 00 (zero, zero)
Zone 1 Shipping Table: 35:15.00, 80:18.00, 200:20.00, 10000: 0.00
