How do I change image in welcome letter?

When the send mail type is turned to HTML, the welcome letter includes the zencart logo. How do I change this to my store logo? I looked under create_account.php but this only changes the text of the email. Please help thanks!

Inside the root directory of your website there is a folder called email .

Inside this folder is a file - header.jpg

Upload your own header.jpg , making sure to keep it the same size (about 500 pixels wide and 80 pixels deep).

fairestcape,

Thanks for this information, I was also looking for it :bigups:

Same type of question - where do I change the logo for the Invoice and Packing Slip?

Thanks.

I believe that image is found here: admin/images/logo.gif (If you right-click on the image and look at properties it should tell you the location of the image)

Meltdown,

Many thanks, I have carried out the necessary changes and it worked

Exactly how does one edit the welcome letter? I hired someone to upgrade my cart and she trashed everything I has customized. I find ZenCart completely unforgiving. Why can't you upgrade and preserve customization? Everyone else can do it, why not ZC?
