Host Created Havoc with Restore...need help!

Recently, we had to do a domain restore on my site and when the host did the restore - something failed and my site was down for quite some time. Fortunately they were able to fix the problem, but now I am finding several broken areas in my shop.

Mostly I have been able to fix those problems by going in and uploading files that appear to be missing - but the problem I am writing about here seems to be different and I hoped that someone could tell me what I need to do to fix this error.

The above is a screen shot of what I am dealing with -

1. MODULE_ORDER_TOTAL_SUBTOTAL_TITLE
2. MODULE_ORDER_TOTAL_TOTAL_TITLE:
3. MODULE_ORDER_TOTAL_COUPON_REDEEM_INSTRUCTIONS
4. MODULE_ORDER_TOTAL_COUPON_TEXT_ENTER_CODE

and then the images for mastercard and visa...where do I fix these issues and place the logos for the credit cards we accept?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am going out of state for a week and I wanted to try to get this fix before I leave Saturday morning, so I appreciate any help you can give. My site is The Knot & Bauble Shoppe in case that is needed also.

Sorry you have had this experience with one of the "Certified" hosts

Looks like you got the images thing straight

That constant only appears in includes/languages/english/modules/order_total/ot_subtotal.php

Try reloading(FTP) that file to that loation from an expanded distribution that matches your Zen Cart Version

Thank you for your response. I did get the images fixed and its so wierd, I uploaded those files, but when I just went in to physically check the files, the whole folder was completely empty - I don't understand that, so I just opened the folder and uploaded the files individually and they are now there and working again.

I have NEVER had trouble with my host and issues like this before - so their status as being as you say as a "certifed" host should be noted as being an awesome company and their tech support is superior to any I have ever dealt with. I am in my second year of hosting with them and am quite pleased to stay put.
