How to add code for LIVE HELP BUTTON?

Good afternoon,
newbie here, I would like to add a live support button using this code that I generated using PHP LIVE Support Application.

Please keep in mind that I'm not familiar with PHP and this post is 2005 and it is now 2008. The functionality of PHP may have changed. However, if no one on here has the answer or provides the answer, my search will ignite your search on the Internet.
