referrals help

i installed the how did you hear about us mod..

everythign seems to be working fine, except that I cannot see the referral that is selected upon account creation.

I have read that this issue can be caused by zencarts own referral, but i'm not sure how to turn that off and I'm not positive this would solve the issue anyways.

I started having the same issue. When you try to make an account it says error: please fill out how did you hear about us? however it does not show up on the screen to check it? is there a disable or enable??
