After taking a look at all the different things that need to be fine tuned, looks like it will be some time and many questions more down the road before it is set up properly.

I just wanted to post something for the record in case someone else stumbles upon this thread.

It was a mistake for me to save the zipped file for the theme I decided on into another new folder before attempting to upload to my host.

Instead, I had to upload it in it's entirety from the original zipped file from my desktop onto my hosts CP and then of course extract from there once it was uploaded as well.

Just wanted to mention it because when I saved the zip file to a brand new folder on my hard drive I could not get it to upload intact.

Hope that makes sense...

Worth noting here, that unless your webhost offers CPanel, uploading zip
files via ftp, and then extracting/unzipping directly on server, is NOT always an option..
