Help with page name

I know this is answered somewhere here but i have searched for so long and i cant find it
so plz kindly direct me to it

My issue:
i have a free cart template and i installed things with no prob. I defined meta tags and i wanted the top tab in the browser to say the store name and not that template name
even thou i changed the meta tags in includes/english/ the top reads still the template authors name and the template name

the template is completley changed now so i dont see a need for the name in

Open your Admin> Tools> Developers Tool Kit - put Acadame in the last search box on the left, choose all file and click go - that will bring up a list of all the files that contain that word - then you just have to find the right one to change. :)
