Changing the homepage from existing site to Zen

Hi there
I am new with the ZEN software and face the following issue, which might be a simple thing for many of you.

Before I installed and configured the ZEN software I already had a website up and running. When I installed ZEN I selected to keep the existing homepage as is.
Now I am ready to remove the old site and only use ZEN, but how can I change the home page to go to the correct site.

This is my site.http://venetianleather.com/fashiontrend/ as you see there are still parts of my old site.
My zen customer catolog URL is: http://fashiontrend.venetianleather.com/index.php?main_page=

The last URL that is the page that should pop up when users go to http://venetianleather.com/fashiontrend/

How and where do I do that? I already tried to figure that out for the last two day's, but cant seem to find it.

Your first and third link got to 404 - not found errors.

Are you wanting the logo/banner on your zencart?

I actually just fixed it. The problem is that my first web site was mainly html files. Now with ZEN you get php files. What happens is that you get duplicate file names with different extension. In my case you will see index.html and index,php in the same directory, that is causing the issue. I removed all the html files, and there is my site now (had the change the URL)
