List 2 Products conditions on 1 product

Hi my website is https://www.krazykingsoftoys.com/cart and if you go to DC > Dark Knight you will see 2 The Dark Knight Basic Asst. Destructo-Case Jokers. 1 says The Dark Knight Basic Asst. Destructo-Case Joker and the other is The Dark Knight Basic Asst. Destructo-Case Joker (Card Slightly Damaged). How do I go ahead and make it 1 product where the buyer has the option to purchase either 1 at different costs. A drop down menu or an option/radio buttons where the buyer could pick to buy the one they want?

Thanks I got it to work but how do I make it so that the Damage Card is = 1 Quanity and Not Damaged = 6 Quanity?
