Layout Boxes (sidebox) sort order different in firefox vs IE

I set the sidebox sort order accordingly in the admin -> Tools -> Layout Boxes Controller.

I view my store with IE 6 and the sort order for the column left side boxes is perfect. Once I view the same link with firefox... it ignores my sort order.

I tried clearing the cache for both browsers and it did not help.
