(Drop)Shipping to Canada based on brand or product

Most of the products on our site are currently dropshipped from the manufacturer. Some manufacturers will ship to Canada while others will not (most will not but a few major brands do). Is there a way to set up certain products or brands so that they can be shipped to Canada but have the default be US only? If so, how do I accomplish this?
