Hi All my online shop is a online excursion shop, and is currently taking ages to load can anyone help me

As you are with a mass marketed hosting provider, they are not fully supportive of Zen Cart or Database intensive applications. You can search for them on this site and determine if the issues are worth your time and effort.

You can also ask to be re-located to a faster server and see what type of response results
