Email to a customer group, how to create the group?
I am trying to find some way to group all customers who have purchased a single specific item, to be able to email them as a group.
I have already set up a "group pricing" group for another set, and some of these customers will overlap and need to be in both groups, and as far as I can tell there is not a way to have someone belong to two group pricing groups. Or does someone know how to make this happen?
Help please! :frusty: Any ideas on how to group these customers (automatically would be ideal, but I will settle for doing it manually every time).
