Where's the Add to Cart: text in tpl_product_info_display.php?

I'm trying to make a change to the tpl_product_info_display.php template so I can add a <label> tag to the Add to Cart: area but I can't figure out where that's supposed to appear so I can make the change and style the form a little better than it currently is. Here's what my page currently looks like:

http://reggae.esolutions.net/~granolag/store/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=2&products_id=7&zenid=a9e81b9c3ab5da3cf0fb730c0f95a082

And the code:

              <div id="cartAdd">

Add to Cart: <input type="text" name="cart_quantity" value="1" maxlength="6" size="4" /><input type="hidden" name="products_id" value="7" /><input type="image" src="includes/templates/template_default/buttons/english/button_in_cart.gif" alt="Add to Cart" title=" Add to Cart " />          </div>
