Gaps above and below the side boxes, it's got me stuck!

I've managed to change the gaps at the side of the sideboxes but can't seem to find how to change the cap above the first sidebox header, 'Products', then the gap below the first sidebox content box and the next sidebox header, 'Information' and again the same to the box below.

Can anyone advise me how?

Your stylesheet has

.leftBoxContainer {
margin-top: 1em;
}

in two locations, so changing the first wouldn't fix anything. Delete one of these declarations, and change the other to

.leftBoxContainer {
margin-top: 0.2em;
}

or whatever you want.

Now the picture doesn't line up and i can't seem to work out why.

I think it may be because it has a border but can't find it for definate!
