Can Zen Cart handle these requirements?

I have a potential client that has some particular requirements for an ecommerce project. I have downloaded Zen Cart to my local development server here and have worked through many of them but still have some questions about it's ability to meet the following requirements:

1. Create additional pages that are editable using WYSIWYG editor - Client has a number of informational pages they would like full control over. Is it possible to create new editable pages within the framework - for example duplicating the privacy notice and maintaining the editing functionality for the new page? Or is it possible to add a WYSIWYG editor to the category description?

2. Taxes - Client would collect taxes in one state only and within that state certain customers will be tax exempt (based on a tax id#). Is this possible?

3. UPS order tracking module - I know that there are UPS shipping modules but do they also allow for orders to be tracked from UPS?

4. Shipping - This is the piece that is the most complex. Some products can only ship overnight so I'm looking for a way that if such an item is selected the shipping defaults to overnight. Additionally, there are three other product specific charges that may need to be added to any given item (and they need to be product specific). I was thinking setting up attributes for these but I don't know if that would do it.

You're looking at a bunch of mods.

This one allows you to create new define pages, which are editable from admin, though not WYSIWYG.

I haven't used any of these personally. You can search for their keywords in the forums to find info about any bugs, problems, etc.

The (unnecessarily, in my view) complicated shipping schemes folks here come up with make my head hurt, so I'll leave that one for somone else.

EZ Pages easily handles the first request of creating and managing new info pages. I believe the latest release has EZ Pages already installed, so you shouldn't need a mod.

Yes UPS tracking is possible, but it typically involves the customer's UPS account rep getting involved - working together with you - especially if they have Worldship software. I was able to successfully assist a UPS rep with one of my clients to get that working great (retail biz) a couple years ago. Perhaps there is a new mod out that is even easier on this.

I have the same question about unique shipping requirements. Basically there are certain retail products that do not qualify for standard or free shipping, due to the large size of them - they have to assign a larger shipping price to those items only - so I need a way to make those items exempt. I am currently doing some research to determine if there is some way I can create another zone to assign those products to....might be the easiest way - or maybe a new product type with a certain shipping module that is different? I haven't seen a way to assign a certain shipping mod to a certain product type yet.
