HELP, change header, footer, sidebox colors

Please help, using standard zen template that is on when downloaded and want to change the green background on the header, sideboxes and footer to grey, please help...been tryin for 8 hours now. Cant find it in stylesheet, etc...

Much of the green in this template is an image tile_bak.gif

You can create one similar in grey tones and name it tile_bak.gif and replace it and no code changes required.
