display EZ pages as a subcategory?

I have been overriding this Zen Cart left and right and have it in a pretty good spot. I have a set group of Categories displayed across the top that will never change. All of the Categories have their product groups listed in SubCategories in a sidebox (thanks Glen!) that can be updated. Now I want to add some HTML pages to the last Category that is not product related - things like recipes and maybe a blog.

Is there any way to make Zen Cart see an EZ Page as a SubCategory?

If I got what you want correct - you can make the ezpage side box appear as category aligned where you want it without actually being one

that might work. Let me locate the CSS and PHP for the EZ pages and see if I can get them where I want them.

Or use the Document Product Type ...

please elaborate or link to directions on this. I've never used this feature before. Is it a way to make an EZPage show up as a "Subcategory" or "Product" under a Category?

That's what I'd like to do.
