Need advice on database reinstall please.

I have a heavily modified zen cart install, and I have noticed several problems with my site. What I am asking is, Is it possible to reinstall with a fresh copy of zen cart and only keep the product items I have entered?
I have around 7000 items and it would really suck to have to re-input thoughs manually again. Thank You for any advice.

Sounds like you need the Easy Populate mod in Downloads.
