Can I set a fixed customer phone number for FedEx?

I use the FedEx labels module and it works great except that it requires a phone number to print the label. I know I can force the shopper to include a phone number through my paypal setting but I am thinking that some shoppers might prefer to remain fully anon.
Can I set up a dummy number to auto populate with all paypal orders so as to satisfy the fedex label mods requirement?

Shouldn't you be asking Fedex if that is acceptable?

I called FedEx and asked them if they would be ok if I put my companies main line in the phone field for customers whos number was not available. They said go fo it!
I would like to be able to set a fixed number for all paypal transactions since I am a little leary about forcing the customer to enter a phone number. They are using paypal to remain anon and the phone requirement might lose a few sales.

I need to have a default phone number populate when printing labels with the "print fedex labels" mod.
Some customers are not required to enter a phone number and for those few that fall into this category, id like to have a fixed number auto populate so that I can go ahead and print a fedex label(since fedex requires some form of telephone number)
I have the customers phone numbers on file but they request that I do not send them to fedex for anon reasons.

any ideas appreciated, Im willing to pay for help.
