Image Pop-Ups - Please help me :)

Hi All

I have set up Zen at https://www.jacbowie.com/zen.
All images seem to be working fine, except there is no thumbnail for the popup one.It uses the default no-image one.

How can i assign images to this?

Any help appreciated x

Your images pointing in the admin catalog area should be checked
You Have this for the thumb
/zen/images/no_picture.gif

and this for the larger image
/zen/images/small/atrophy_bb2.jpg

Where Zen is looking for an image at /zen/images/ and not finding one
