Zones module: Can I create shipping zones for different states?

I need to create two table rates: one for New England states, and one for all other states. I have a single flat-rate shipping table in place. But because it's summer, we have to ship our product (cheese) by 2nd day air outside of New England.

Can I use the Zone Module to distinguish between New England (VT, NH, ME, MA, CT, RI) and other states.

In other words, within New England:

20:8.00,40:10.00,60:12.00,80:13.00,100:14.00,120:16.00,140:19,160:21

Outside of new England:

20:18.00,40:20:00,60:22.00,80:23.00,100:24.00,120:26.00,140:29,160:31

There is an add-on for Zones and Tables that might work better to specify the different states ...

I tried using this module, but it doesn't appear to work with Zen-Cart 1.3.8. I received a couple of errors that a Constant wasn't defined. The Constant is:

MODULE_SHIPPING_ZONETABLE_ZONE_

Anyone know how to fix this problem?

Be sure to make the zones before you install this shipping module ...

If you need to add more zones, save all settings to NotePad ... then REMOVE and INSTALL and re-configure it ...
