Full screen liquid template?

Is it possible to create a full screen liquid template?
i'd like to create something similar to

Essentially, all you have to do is edit your stylesheet (/includes/templartes/your_template/css/stylesheet.css).
Find #mainWrapper and change
width: 750px;
to
width: 100%;

You may also need to modify some graphics, but that depends on your individual circumstances.
