Main Product Categories Thumbnails Missing

Hello fellow ZenCarter's,

Ever since I upgraded to ZenCart Ver 1.3.7, my main product categories page went weird and now it does not show my main product category thumbnails/links.

The exact page is here, notice that are no product categories.

The file responsible for this section is tpl_products_main_default.php

This is the current code in tpl_products_main_default.php

However I noticed after ZenCart version 1.3.7 this page is no longer included.

I am trying to find the piece of code that should be in tpl_products_main_default.php that would correctly display my main category thumbnails and links.

If anyone has this code or know where I can find an older version of tpl_products_main_default.php as reference, please help me out, I truly appreciate it!
