How do I set up USPS different shipping methods?

On my website it does a estimate shipping, looking like Priority Shipping which that's how it looks to me. How do I set it up so our customers can pick a shipping option they want. Such as priority/express/first class?

admin > modules > shipping > usps > edit and select the methods to be available

Choices:
EXPRESS
PRIORITY
FIRST CLASS
PARCEL
MEDIA
BPM
LIBRARY

I did but the user can't select still

Tried to check and you only are using Zone Rates
