Changing position of "Add To Cart"

Hi all,

In my product info page I would like the "Add To Cart" button to always be below my "attribute" drop-downs. It makes sens to me like this as the customer HAS to select the attributes before selecting "Add To Cart".

Is there any way I can do this please?

edit the order of items in a copy of tpl_product_info_display.php
