Need header help!

I have Grey text showing that I don't want too. I just added the image header today (the Green LittleHelms.com) and was trying to find out where I put the Grey text in. It's been months so I can't find it to remove it...

Thanks so so much! I couldn't remember what it said to look it up, but yes that is what it said and now it's fixed..
