Quantity Discount for related items in same Category?

Let's say you have a category of related items, such as "CDs". Each CD is $15. If you order two CDs (two items from that category), then there is a 10% discount. If you order 3 CDs (3 items from that category), there is a 20% discount, and so on.

Is this is possible and how would you configure it?

Thanks, I can't seem to locate exact instructions....

The Quantity Discounts contribution lets you group by category. It's in the downloads section.
