deleting states from pull down

Is there a way to delete some of the states from the pull down menu? I'm looking just to do the US without Guam, PR and such (deleting the countries doesn't remove them from the states pulldown). Thanks!

Re: deleting states from pull down

The states are handled in the Zones menu instead of the Countries menu.
