Internet Explorer issues – strange grid appearing!

I have designed my shop with Firefox and Firebug (excellent tool) and all is ok, until I view with Internet explorer. On every page above the heading a grey pattern is appearing and I have no idea why.

Try fixing your CSS Errors, FireFox drops them because they are invalid, but something Tells me IE is attempting to do what you requested.

Unknown property 'line-min-height'. Declaration dropped.
..../includes/templates/....../css/stylesheet.css                            Line:59

This error is repeated on lines: 59, 107, 198, 224, & 316
