Recalculate shipping after discount coupon applied
I still see this problem in v1.5.7c with Table Rate shipping. A product that costs $54.95 is $11.00 shipping. With 10% group discount the product costs $49.95, and should get $9.50 shipping from my table but it still gets $11.00 shipping.
