Why is the page so different in FF and IE?

I used the Classic Contemporary Green template and edited the CSS style sheet, but have no idea why it doesn't seem to work in IE and Safari, but it does in FF.

Here's a screen shot of how i want it to look (as is in FF)

but in IE and Safari it looks like this

Any help would be appreciated :)

First - check the tutorials/FAQs for setting up your custom template - otherwise you will be very sad that you are going to lose your customizations when you upgrade.

Your site looks exactly the same to me in IE7 and FF2.
