Anyone else with IE see this on my site?

On my website https://www.flaconline.com browsing with Internet Explorer, I notice an image icon that displays a red X over my logo header. Does anyone else see this? How can I eliminate that X?

The red x indicates that the logo.gif from the install is being called, but there is no image to place there.

My guess is you wanted to remove the logo.gif and deleted the image without also removing the logo placement.
