Advance Shipper

Is anyone using Advance Shipper?

I've had it installed but to be honest don't know where to start.
Are there any easy guides anywhere? Or anyone good at explaining sstep by step to a numpty! :blush:

I need different prices for different items and then the same for international..........

Any help appreciated.
