Change Server & Domain Name

Would someone please point me in the right direction to get some information please on the following small (laugh) task.

I intend to reload my curent site on a new server and change it's domain name at the same time.

The resons for this are, I have been developing a test site unfortunatly it's grown to be better than I hoped so want to retain it as it is and during it's development I kept it on a server that was only tempory.

I'm not expecting this to be easy at all so will need a lot of information and a couple of dry runs before I attempt it.

I suggest for first attempt - upload fresh install to new hosting under new domain name. Then copy in your template files from the test site and take a peek at what it loooks like, then hunt down any other files you altered in the test site and upload them. Almost painless - if it works!!!

If you have products and all that jazz - import your database info too.
