Have sale but not show it

Id like to lower all my product prices 10% without the customer actually seeing the original price or even knowing that theres a sale for that matter. How do i accomplish this?

You could either update the database table for products with the new prices with a global command to replace the existing price with 10 percent less.

To be safe and eliminate rounding issues or problem, you could add a new field, such as, products_price_original and first put all of the existing prices in that field and then reduce the original products_price by 10 percent.

If you have attribute prices then you would also need to update the products_attributes table.
