Removing the We Accept Credit Card options

I'm trying to figure out how to eliminate the line 'We Accept:' followed by the generic My Card graphics that are supposed to represent Visa, MasterCard, etc. My client's store is only going to use PayPal for payments so this area isn't necessary. I don't see anywhere in the template files where I can lose this line so how do I get rid of it?

Have you looked in the Admin> Configuration> Credit Cards?
