installing Bare Bones Template

Hi,
Right now I have Zen Cart 1.3.8 loaded on my PC.
Can someone walk me though installing the Bare Bones CSS Template?
Keep in mind I'm very new at this. I've used Dreamweaver for a few years, but I've only had Zen Cart for a couple of weeks.

Unzip the mod zip file and drag the 'barebones' folder to the includes/templates folder in your cart.

Go to Admin - Tools - Template Selection and select barebones from the options.

Go to Admin - Tools - Layout Boxes Controller and click on 'Reset' at the bottom.

I tried this method with the Comstock theme but it doesn't show up at all in the Templates area when I go to select it. I've followed your instructions above to the "T".

Any ideas? :blink:

Comstock includes folders: languages, modules, and templates - each must be uploaded to the corresponding folders when you upload them!

The Comstock template includes other files - just drag the includes folder in the Comstock zip file to the root of your cart, not the templates folder. The other folders and files will be assigned to the right places. Then do the template selection and reset as above.
