Customer Registration Oddness

When a customer visits our cart and goes to create their account, upon clicking submit their account is created, welcome email is sent, but zen cart hangs on a white screen. Any ideas how to fix this?

Have you tried the Debug utility? Available in the download section.

I just ran the debugger, thank you for the advice. Now I have the log info but have no idea what to do with it to fix the problem (I'm pretty new to all this). Any help?

Here's what the debugger said:

Compare the files referred to against the same files from a fresh install.
WinMerge is a great tool for doing the comparisons for you.

I think these errors mean there are blank spaces/extra lines someplace in those files.

If I am mistaken, I hope on of the gurus will lead you in the right direction.

Thank you for the advice, I am on a mac so winMerge was no good for me. I was able to DL a program called DiffMerge for the Mac and was able to determine that there were problems with the following files:

includes/languages/english/create_account.php
includes/functions/functions_general.php

So I used the files from a fresh copy of Zen to overwrite those in my shop and BAM! up and running.
