Need help in changing font color in the categories box

Hi, I have been all over this forum and can not seem to find the correct answer on how to change the font color in the categories box. Right now the font is green.

Any ideas?

Your stylesheet has this codeblock.
Change the #008000 to whatever color you want.

a.category-top (line 436)
{
color: #008000;
text-decoration: none;
}

You may want to get FireFox with the web developer's add-on.

That has already been changed and does not work.

You have too many main stylesheets, and they are fighting among themselves. The best advice is to take anything you need from stylesheet_new.css and stylesheet_original.css, put it in stylesheet.css, and delete the other two.

Currently, because stylesheet_original is loading last, its version of this declaration is controlling the font color:

/* categories box parent and child categories */
A.category-top {
color: #008000;
text-decoration: none;
}

Either change it there, or get rid of the extra files and change it in stylesheet.css.

Thank you, that did fix it. I will have to pick through these css stylesheets. Seems like the older sheets were left in there after upgrades.
