After installation

I have installed Zen if i type now Localhost i get the red green Zen chart page in front of me.
How does it goes on how can i change pages etc so it comes to a shopping page.

i assimed that you have installed Zen on a local server?
Did you install the demo data so that you can practice on it?
If you did not install the demo data, you will not have any products to display.
can you please supply some more information.

Yes i had not install the demo data but in the meanwhile i created some directories and some products .
Tried a new Template and install a different language .
This is the only thing what is not functioning well.
The russian language show in the category section only the first fonts so I hope that the forum can give a solution for this problem .
