Clone Table rate, zones and Per unit

Anyone knows exactly how to clone table rate, zones and per unit or you might have a copy of the clone.

I search for previous threads for 4 hours and some don't function properly.

Any help will be filled with my blessing and LOVE:P

Some have already been cloned, if that would save you time - Take a look at the download section under shipping modules.

Alternatively, from the tutorials section, searching on clone shipping returned this.
