Placing duplicate shop on second site... Possible?

Hey there,

I was wondering if this is possible:

I have my regular website and zc shop. All is fine, did all the customization for now. I was interested in a mod that could be set to allow some products to affected by group discounts and while others were not. I find that I have to have that custom written. I don't have the funds at the moment to put towards that sort of thing. I sponsor some athletes that I give big discounts to and some get items totally free. The problem is, I also sell other products on my site from other companies that I can not give discounts on. So, what I was thinking was I would build another site exclusively for the athletes that I sponsor. There, they will find news and info exclusively for them.

What I was hoping is that I could copy my zc shop as it is now, and simply duplicate it on the new site:

https://www.myfirstshop.com/shopstuff
https://www.mysecondshop.com/shopstuff

The two shops are identical except now, the new one will only have my products and then I can set group discounts accordingly. Is this possible? And is it possible to make the second shop members only?

All types of options are attainable you could do this without needing another domain name sorta like the following:

https://www.athletes.myfirstshop.com

Thanks, but no, thats not what I need. I already have the other domain and I need to move all of my sponsoring info away from my main site and on to the new site.

So is this possible?

If on the same server you can look at the multi site module and avoid having 2 admins to manage
